研究领域：心脑血管药理，重点关注心脑血管病变的发病机制及抗心脑血管药物的发现性研究：1）脑缺血再灌注损伤后血脑屏障破坏机制及其相关药物干预；2）慢性炎症诱发脑损伤的重要机制及信号通路；3）脑缺血再灌注损伤后免疫细胞的功能变化，及其对脑缺血急性损伤期及其神经功能长期修复的影响机制。

个人简述
方伟蓉，女，药理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2016年入选江苏省教育厅高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养对象，2013年入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象，2012年入选江苏省教育厅高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。2014年4月-2015年8月年在美国斯坦福大学（Stanford University）进行访问交流。
科研工作
主要学术成绩：近年来在国内外核心刊物上以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文19篇；主持国家自然科学基金2项（81673442，81202974），江苏省自然科学基金1项（BK2011625），“天然药物活性组分与药效”国家重点实验室（中国药科大学）优秀青年学者基金项目（JKGQ201108），中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金（JKQ2009019，JKPZ2013018）。作为药理负责人参加多项国家及省级课题，并负责多项抗心脑缺血新药的药理毒理研究工作。
