研究领域：肿瘤的发病机制及天然抗肿瘤活性物质的发现性研究。①基于肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤的病因学及发病机制地位，研究其在调控肿瘤细胞生长的确切分子机制，同时以肿瘤干细胞为目标，寻找靶向作用于肿瘤干细胞的天然活性物质，为肿瘤的彻底治愈提供新的思路； ②以肿瘤的新血管生成、转移、信号传导及细胞凋亡机制为突破口，研究天然活性物质的有效性、作用机制及作用靶点，为抗肿瘤天然活性物质的成药性及临床应用提供理论基础；③应用化学生物学研究手段，揭示肿瘤信号转导网络的结构及功能, 以寻找潜在的抗肿瘤药物的新靶点，为研发有效低毒的抗肿瘤新药提供研究理论依据及平台服务。

个人简述
郭青龙，1960年8月生，教授，博士生导师，中国药科大学生理教研室主任，江苏省肿瘤发生与干预实验室主任，国家科技部“恶性肿瘤药物临床前药效学评价与服务平台”负责人。江苏省“333工程”第四批第1层次中青年首席科学家，江苏省“优秀教育工作者”，江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人，江苏省六大人才高峰（A类）资助项目者。国家科技部“十二五”重大新药创制及国家食品药品监督管理局新药评审专家，2006年获德彪集团和中国癌症研究基金会共同颁发的“德彪－CCRF中国奖”，2007年获江苏省科技进步二等奖，2008年荣获药明康德生命化学研究二等奖。主持包括国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家科技部“863计划”、国家科技部重大新药创制、国家科技部国际合作项目及江苏省科技厅重大研究计划等多项省部级课题多项。主编研究生《肿瘤药理学》、本科生《人体解剖生理学》教材各1部。申请发明专利22项，已授权专利19项，目前已培养博士研究生及博士后18名，硕士毕业生49名，其中2名博士和1名硕士毕业生分别获得江苏省优秀博士和硕士论文。
科研工作
近几年发表SCI研究论文120余篇，总引用次数达到1900余次，最高IF为10.55。特别是近期在肿瘤的基础方面获得了新的发现，相关研究论文2011年9月发表在Nature子刊《Cell Death and Differentiation》；在创新药物的作用机制研究方面有了新的突破，自主研发的抗肿瘤新药汉黄芩苷的作用机制研究论文2013年4月发表在国际血液学权威杂志《BLOOD》上，另外于2013年和2014年先后在Nature子刊《Cell Death & Disease》发表关于黄酮类化合物在肿瘤细胞能量代谢以及炎癌转化方面的研究；而在2008年发表在《Biochemistry Pharmacology》的1篇天然药物文章被评为“2008年中国最具影响力的100篇国际论文”。
